青年“慢就业”现象的现象学研究:职业价值观解析

随着我国青年群体职业观念的转变,“慢就业”现象日益显著。旨在探讨青年“慢就业”现象背后的职业价值观变迁,基于后物质主义价值观理论,采用Giorgi描述性现象学方法,通过对7名处于“慢就业”状态青年的深度访谈,分析其职业探索历程与职业价值观形成。研究发现,青年“慢就业”是职业与个人价值观冲突、理想与现实平衡、社会责任意识及追求自由与冒险等多重因素共同作用的结果,反映了青年对职业意义和个人价值实现的深度追求。
