数字经济政策文本挖掘分析

数字经济的发展需有效政策的扶持，对现有政策进行文本挖掘，可为后续政策的废改立等提供依据。本文基于Python语言，对2015—2023年间中央及省级发布的1641项政策文本进行自动化采集与清洗，从发文时序、类型分布、主体结构及地域覆盖等维度开展计量分析，以揭示政策演进的宏观态势与结构特征。在此基础上，借助jieba分词、TF-IDF加权与LDA主题模型等方法，对政策文本进行深度挖掘，提炼出数字化体系建设、社会服务建设与基础设施建设三类主题簇。研究发现，我国数字经济政策体系呈现“中央—地方”协同推进、“技术—服务—设施”多轮驱动的鲜明特征，为主题聚类清晰、关键词分布集中的结构化政策生态提供了实证依据。
