幼儿园绘本阅读教学的教育价值与改进策略探讨

幼儿教育作为教育体系的重要基础阶段,对激发幼儿学习兴趣、奠定其终身发展基础具有重要意义。本文基于国内外相关研究成果,采用文献分析与实践反思相结合的研究方法,结合我国幼儿园绘本阅读教学的现实情境,从教育价值与实践困境两个维度对绘本阅读教学进行了系统分析。研究发现,绘本阅读在促进幼儿语言与思维发展、审美与创造力培养、情感与社会性成长以及文化传承与认同建构等方面具有重要教育价值。然而,当前幼儿园绘本教学仍面临教师专业化水平不足、教学方式相对单一、家园协同机制不完善以及阅读资源配置不均衡等问题。基于上述分析,本文提出推动教师专业发展与校本研修、促进课堂教学方式多元化与深度化、构建家园共育机制以及实现绘本资源均衡配置与数字资源合理应用等改进策略。研究认为,唯有通过政策支持、专业培训与多方协同,才能实现绘本阅读教学的系统化与高质量发展,充分发挥其在学前教育中的综合育人功能。本研究为幼儿园绘本教学实践的优化提供了可行路径,也为学前教育课程改革与教师专业成长提供了有益参考。
