中国新型农业经营主体发展现状、现实困境与突破路径

当前，中国新型农业经营主体正经历从数量扩张向质量提升的关键转型。截至2024年10月，全国已有近400万个家庭农场、221.6万家农民合作社，其中种粮类主体分别达175万个和54.2万家，呈现出规模稳步增长、业态多元融合、联农带农效应增强的发展态势。但在转型深水区，中国新型农业经营主体仍面临融资约束、土地流转不稳定、人才结构性短缺、产业链发育不足等现实困境。破解上述难题，需从制度创新、要素配置、主体赋能三方面综合施策，深化农村金融改革打通融资堵点，健全土地流转机制稳定经营预期，创新人才培养模式解决“谁来种地”难题，延伸产业链条提升价值创造能力，提升规范化水平推动合作社实体化运行。系统推进上述路径，新型农业经营主体有望在高质量发展中更好发挥带动小农户、激活乡村产业的核心作用。
