生成式AI如何重构中小企业创新体系?算法参与式知识创造、创新能力与智能决策的链式机制检验

随着生成式人工智能加速渗透企业经营,中小企业的创新逻辑正在由以人为中心的技术辅助模式,转向以人机协同为特征的算法共创模式。基于知识基础观与动态能力理论,本文构建并检验“生成式AI驱动的创新模式重构机制”,旨在揭示生成式AI如何通过重塑知识创造过程促进创新能力形成,并进一步推动智能化决策体系的建立。研究以412家中小企业为样本,采用结构方程模型开展实证分析。研究发现,生成式AI应用能够显著提升企业的知识创造水平,且AI增强的知识创造会进一步强化企业创新能力;同时,创新能力在知识创造与智能决策之间发挥关键中介作用,表明企业并非在获得更多知识后即可自然提升决策质量,而是需要将知识转化为可持续的创新能力,进而形成更高质量的决策支持。进一步而言,生成式AI对智能决策不仅存在链式间接影响,也存在直接促进作用,即其推理、预测与方案评估等功能能够直接提升管理者的战略判断与方案选择质量。整体模型验证了生成式AI、知识创造、创新能力与智能决策之间的连续作用链,路径关系稳健且具有良好解释力。本文在理论层面提出“算法参与式知识创造”与“AI增强型动态能力”两项概念,为数字创新与组织智能化研究提供新的解释视角;在实践层面,为中小企业在生成式AI时代推进知识驱动的创新转型与智能决策优化提供可操作路径,并为政策制定者推动AI赋能中小企业提供经验依据。
