从体验到责任:游客满意度的强中介机制如何驱动世界遗产地责任环境行为?

随着文化遗产旅游持续升温,世界遗产地在高频接待与保护压力之间的矛盾日益突出,游客的不当参观行为可能对脆弱遗产本体与参观秩序造成持续风险。本文以重庆大足宝顶山石刻为案例,围绕“体验如何转化为责任”这一核心问题,基于情感–认知–行为框架构建综合模型,并将价值—信念—规范逻辑、旅游体验与场所依恋机制嵌入其中,同时将社区参与界定为文化体验中的社会互动与意义建构维度,以避免其成为孤立变量。研究提出服务质量、场所依恋、环境意识、认知评价与社区参与通过影响游客满意度,进而推动责任环境行为的理论路径,并通过问卷调查与结构方程方法进行检验。研究结论表明,游客的责任环境行为更依赖于整体体验评价所驱动的中介机制,而非单一认知或情感因素的直接推动,满意度在多维前置因素向行为转化的过程中发挥关键枢纽作用。本文在理论上厘清了满意度作为情感与认知整合节点的解释价值,并将社区参与纳入可解释的社会互动—意义建构路径,拓展了宗教文化遗产情境下责任行为的综合解释框架;在实践上建议遗产地管理从“单纯提升服务”转向“塑造可引发深度理解与情感共鸣的体验”,通过反思性解说与展示设计、保护意义的情境化沟通,以及制度化的社区互动与参与机制,系统提升游客满意度,从而以体验驱动方式促进更稳定的自觉责任行为。
