乡村振兴背景下传统村落文化活化治理逻辑与实践路径

乡村振兴战略将“文明乡村 ethos”确立为核心目标。作为乡村文明的载体,传统村落文化在传承文化基因、应对人口流失方面发挥着关键作用,但面临着保护与振兴脱节、利益相关方协调不足、实施方式同质化等问题。本研究通过文献综述、案例对比和深度访谈,聚焦“治理逻辑”与“实施路径”,剖析其治理机制与策略,构建了制度结构、利益相关方参与、机制整合的三方协同框架,要求中央与地方政策统筹协调、利益相关方权责平衡、上下联动有机衔接。文化产业赋能、数字遗产保护、社区领导力等实践已取得显著成效,但仍受资金短缺、人才流失、文化商品化等问题制约,为政府与社区的乡村文化治理提供了合作框架与实践参考。
