新会陈皮产业人力资源现状、问题及对策研究

在乡村振兴战略深入推进的大背景下,新会陈皮产业作为广东省“百千万工程”重点打造的现代农业产业集群,已从传统单一环节的晾晒加工模式,发展为集种植、加工、研发、文旅、电商等环节为一体的百亿级现代化产业集群。然而,随着产业向高质量转型进程加快,新会陈皮产业人力资源发展却面临着人才结构性短缺、人才素质与产业需求不匹配、人才培养与保障激励机制不完善等核心问题。现有相关研究多聚焦于新会陈皮产业的发展历程、品牌建设及市场分析,缺乏对其人力资源现状、结构特征及优化对策的系统性研究。本文以新会陈皮产业人力资源为研究对象,通过系统分析其人力资源发展现状,结合产业发展实际与相关研究成果,从人才引进培育及用工调配、人才培养体系完善、保障激励机制健全三个维度提出了可操作性强的优化建议。本文研究成果可为新会陈皮产业破解人才困境难题、实现从百亿级向千亿级产业集群发展跨越提供实践支撑,也能为我国特色农业产业人力资源管理优化及乡村振兴人才培育提供实践参考与理论借鉴。
