超越工具理性:儒家伦理视阈下人工智能赋能职业教育的路径反思

人工智能的深度嵌入正在重塑职业教育的运行逻辑,其应用实践在显著提升教学效率与资源配置精准度的同时,也逐渐暴露出主体性弱化、价值单一化与治理失衡等结构性问题。本文以“工具理性”为分析线索,系统考察人工智能赋能职业教育过程中所呈现的内在张力,指出当前技术应用在很大程度上仍停留于手段最优化层面,忽视了职业教育作为“育人实践”的价值根基。文章进一步引入儒家伦理视阈,对这一张力展开规范性反思:通过“仁”的人本关怀,回应技术治理下个体被动化的风险;借助“礼”的制度规范,厘清智能系统介入教育决策的边界;并以“中庸”的调和智慧,重构效率追求与教育本质之间的关系。本文认为,人工智能在职业教育中的合理定位,不应仅作为提升绩效的工具,而应在伦理规约中转化为促进教育正义与人格发展的价值性力量。由此,文章尝试超越单一工具理性逻辑,提出一条以儒家伦理为内在支撑的职业教育智能化路径重构思路,为当前职业教育的数字化转型提供价值导向上的理论校正。
